The South West Burns Clinial Network (SWBCN) is managed by a small dedicated Network Management Team.  It consists of a Chair, a Clinical Director, a Deputy Clinical Director, a Lead Nurse, a Lead AHP and Quality Improvement Lead and a Network Manager.  The Burns Clinical Network Management Team enables the Burns Clinical Network to function effectively by providing leadership, programme management, governance, quality improvement, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, workforce support, EPRR coordination and delivery of the network's agreed strategic objectives on behalf of the Network Board and NHS England.
